True “potentially dying” though isn’t fully dead. I assume more is going to develop on that end. I did expect some consequences with the night warrior thing…I just hope the story is good despite the outcome. Though it feels pretty lackluster if she is dying, and still couldn’t kill Nathanos that part I do really find bad writing.
I listed a few examples at the bottom of my post.
How about the Night Elves getting an actual resolution for Teldrassil and a rebuild? How about the Night Elves getting a victory against the Horde finally and getting Ashenvale back?
None of those ever happened.

What kind of revenge plot do you think they will get destroying Orgrimmar?
And no they cannot just take away neutral zones and give them to one faction.
I’m sure sooner or later they will think of someway to give new capitals to all the races that don’t have one.
QT was neutral during the Scourage invasion? No one abandoned them in their time of need. The only reason they allied themselves with the Horde is because Sylvanas vouched for them and they don’t like Night Elves. However, in Cata, mages were accepted back into Night Elf society which would loosen the restrictions on arcane magic in their culture.
I actually admire this night elves drive for revenge.
That was the whole plan…to drive night elves into a vengeful frenzy to wedge the alliance

Val’kyr aren’t recreatable. Genn made sure of that.
Were there threads like this when elves killed every orc in orgrimmar to get to garrosh. They arent innocent victims.

And Ashenvale is Neutral cus both factions can quest through it. It has both Alliance and Horde towns so therefore it is Neutral they cannot take a questing zone that both factions have access to and give it to one faction.
Now in what timeline was that? 
Lore wise it was a Night Elf zone before BfA, the Horde got full control of Azshara for that but now the Horde has both… that’s just unfair.

After this hour long discussion I am convinced all of OPs lore comes from wiki pages and data mining and has never done a single quest or read the text

Just because you don’t like a writers decision doesn’t mean it’s unprofessional. Storytelling is about evoking emotion. Want happy feels? Go play an Gatcha game.
