God I just want some Horde characters to show up for once other than Sylvanas, Gallywix, and Geya’rah.
I’m tired of tagging along with Alliance characters since Legion.

I hope the animations for this event are done well.
I really hate their cheap animations using their game models rather than their modded cinematic models.
There has to be a clause in their about when the Warchief tries to maliciously and deliberately murder you and your faction leader or tries to kill everyone that simply disagrees with him or her lol
On top of marshal’s law
Yup, hence having sacrificed everything.
Yeah, he said the blackrock deserved to be punished harshly for all the people they have continued to hurt since Eitrigg’s own departure from the clan. I see no crime in it.
"Dis be some bad juju, mon. Da Horde gotta stick together if we gonna win dis war… but Sylvanas… she not be makin’ dat easy.
And dis just gonna throw more fuel on da fire."
Rokhan might actually be the smartest character in this entire game. Not wanting us to fight each other in the midst of an actual war, but not being blindly loyal to anyone in particular at the same time! What a novel concept.
Wish there were comments about how the war was pointless to begin with.
Rohkan for Warchief!
This all seems fine to me. It’s nice to get different viewpoints from everyone and not just “sylvanas bad” or “sylvanas good”.
I’d settle for just making him the Darkspear racial leader first. Give Rokhan a promotion!
Garona: "You see what happened to Baine? To Zelling? That’s why we need to lay low, keep our heads down, follow the warchief’s lead. At least for now.
Baine’s mistake wasn’t acting against Sylvanas. His mistake was acting too soon."
Lilian Voss: "Thomas Zelling has… had… a family in life. He made me promise to keep them safe, even after they called him a monster and shunned him for being undead. It is a promise I will continue to keep.
If they ever ask how he met his fate, I will tell them that he died a hero.
We Forsaken are raised with free will. That’s what separates us from the Scourge. Sylvanas Windrunner used to take pride in that distinction.
But after all I have seen in this war, I must wonder if that still holds true."
Uncrowned subplot? If I had even an ounce of faith Blizzard could have the subtlety to pull it off, I wouldn’t mind seeing that.
I am just surprised all the Horde leaders seem to be absolutely fine with what happened with Teldrassil.
Like really? This is the line you dont cross?
The line is so far back that you cant even see it man!
So what is honorable depends on how badly you think the victims of your actions deserve it? As long as you frame it as ‘punishment’, immolating people in demonfire is honorable?
If you think I am misrepresenting your position, please correct me. But I thought honor imposed a code of behavior. If honor is context sensitive, what factor made Saurfang using rogues to kill night elves acceptable but throwing an axe into the back of Stormrage not so?
Why can’t Sylvanas make those kind of decisions about what is honorable? She feels Baine needs to be punished harshly. She sees no crime in it.
There are definitely some that weren’t okay with Teldrassil. Blizzard just isn’t that great at conveying it.
Still Thalyssra after finding out after 10’000 years her people survived sargeras only to be immediatly burned to death by her new leader.
And she doesnt say a single word on it? yeesh.
Do these characters have a shred of decency?
Like I said earlier, I appreciate the characters mentioning a growing divide since Teldrassil but it wasn’t mentioned at all until this point which is what ruins it for me,
I’m starting to think the realized that Teldrassil was a huge mistake, and they super overshot the mark on atrocity. I think they might put Genocide in the box with Med’an. Like, the Night Elves are still mad but I think they’ll gradually phase out references to it in favor of generic ‘crimes!’ and ‘harm to our people!’.
The Horde have just all had their brains bleached of it sooner.
They screwed up big time. Hard to back petal when you went straight to genocide. Then it becomes good vs evil. As you can’t write genocidal monsters as good guys.
Nice to see the Horde leaders react, though I wish we had seen their reactions to more than just Baine. Reactions to Teldrassil in particular should have been made available back during the War of Thorns. I can only imagine what Thalyssra would’ve said to that, or Lor’themar.
Instead events that should heavily resonate with certain leaders and races are left in the dark.
At least the concern here was properly placed (Baine’s actions rather than Derek’s fate).
I’m a little nervous about Zelling and hope Lillian is just assuming he’s screwed rather than commenting on anything.
I’m not really surprised by everyone’s reactions and am glad we’re finally seeing their opinions.
Could not have been much since almost immediately they follow nathanos to break into Stormwind.
