[SPOILERS] Baine rescue cinematic

Old God army.

She literally went to hell and back this expansion. I can see such an even impacting her state of mind.

I think those assassins were sent to get Thrall to come back. Used to be what pushes him to agree to come back because it was clear what Suarfang was going to do once Baine was taken. I think this was all a setup to get the big leaders of the Horde into one spot.

She might decide she won’t need to burn Thunder Bluff as Tyrande might be so angry she might do it herself! She will show up in Banshee and gloat right into Anduin and Baine’s faces about causing Tyrande to destroy Thunder Bluff through the destruction of Teldrassil!

Anduin has aches in his bones whenever he is about to do something bad caused by the Divine Bell(which is made with Sha Energies) breaking over him so I am expecting the Sha to overtake him and devastate Elwynn Forest once everything goes horribly wrong!

Sylvanas wants to cripple and wound her enemies with a wound that doesn’t heal. Causing the Horde Rebels and the Alliance to tear each other apart in a way that wins her more supporters works towards that plan.

Night Warrior burned Mulgore and Void consumed Quel’Thalas(Alleria has stated a desire to reclaim Quel’Thalas)… All this works to her advantage and in a way that’s better than she planned!

She knows nothing about Anduin’s being influenced by the Divine Bell and so would only expect a rampage from Tyrande and Alleria so Anduin blowing up like a Sha bomb consuming Stormwind City and Elwynn Forest will be an unexpected bonus victory for her.

No, he was opposed it before the fact.

Yes, he was ineffective, but, again, having to work with someone who was ineffective in stopping the killing of civilians doesn’t quite match up to someone who was responsible for the killing of civilians

He is literally the intellectual author, he even planned a sack to Stormwind but then again the alliance is literally more bland and dumb than a looney toon that this doesn’t come to surprise but as some disappointment

Which didn’t include Teldrassil.

You want to blame him for the capture of Darkshore, sure. Though, again, that is a lesser pill than having to work for someone who is personally responsible for the death of Horde civilians.

He planned killing Malfurion and keeping the population captive and when has Sylvanas killed horde civilians? if you say Lordaeron, then I must inform you that all of that people are soldiers, the same one Jaina, Saurfang, Thrall and Genn has been killing during this expansion.

Blizzard is just trying to re-make the orc guilt thing which is disgusting when and dumb when you put the face of that rebellion as the planner, main general and the main reason the whole thing go south because he got all of sudden felt honorable(funny he felt that with Malfurion but not with the civilians elves during darkshore and ashenvale)

Oh boy I can’t wait to see what asinine, ridiculously anti-thematic reason Blizz comes up with for why literally any Forsaken should ever care about Thunder Bluff

They should have just got it over with and had Thrall, Saurfang and Jaina hold hands and shout “for the alliance!”

Best part of the Cinematic was the updated Mulgore, I hope it’s added to the game if the next Warfront/Raid is in Thunder Bluff.

They will say something like they were their first friends and that is why they are defending the city or just move on and defeat sylvanas which is the most likely option.

Seems like the forsakens are the favorite race to kick to the ground alongside the nelves, literally they lose everything and they are gonna be ruled by Calia in the last 5 seconds of the No-SoO raid

It would make more sense for Nathanos to become their leader. Have him finally go “you are going too far” and he is nearly killed by her. The Forsaken need a reason to still be around in the Horde after this expansion. It would fit the idea of their culture of obedience to her leading them to somewhere they don’t want.

Keep Steve Danuser far away from my favorite race please.

BTS hurt the Forsaken enough, the last thing we need is his uncharismatic self insert continuing to be a part of it.

Literally the only Forsaken character who represents the Forsaken enough to lead them is Sylvanas.

You… do realize Saurfang planned a distraction to lure the Night Elf soldiers away from Ashenvale so that he could march through Ashenvale and fight practically only civilians, right? And that was after he sent in rogues to kill as many of them first so that they couldn’t send out calls for help to Darnassus?

There have been Forsaken living at Thunder Bluff since Classic. The Forsaken are only in the Horde at all because of the Tauren.

Without Sylvanas there wouldn’t even be any Forsaken to bring into the Horde.

She is infinitely more important to the race than a city of cows that shares none of their views.

that seems to be the plan.

But it was Jaina’s brother… an unforgiveable, unimaginably evil act…

BFA is poo guys.

Wait a second… the rogue attacks were supposed to trigger a warning. They wanted the NE to evacuate so they wouldn’t have to deal with prisoners.

Gawd, the pessimist in me really wants to read too much into the dialog of this. Thrall and Jaina talking about the past, Thrall saying he’s made nothing but mistakes in the past, mentioning WCIII Hyjal… Add to that Classic coming soon, a rumored level squish to 60 and other things.

My pessimistic side expects the next expansion to involve us going and rewinding time to undo every expansion and have “modern” WoW starting where Classic left off and “remastering” every expansion. But with the current writing team.
