If anyone here has seen The Punisher movie with Thomas Jane, you might recall the scene at the end where Frank makes Howard Saint hold a mine with an outstretched arm and according to Frank “It’s a hell of a workout.” Same thing is happening here. Sylvanas is Anduin’s personal trainer.
