This is obviously Anduin completing a burn set on the battle chains… like battle ropes but for the more metal crowd.

Might not be missing. There’s probably energy currents holding up the chains so his arms are held high and we can’t see them in the photo, probably have to be ingame.
At least I hope so because otherwise it looks fairly stupid.

He’s obviously trying to tell Blizzard to allow flying in SL at max level. I mean he’s right there in a wing flag position.

Two options I can think of:

This is a placeholder setup for what will be a high res cutscene, the same way the Saurfang leaves his cell to talk to Anduin was in the BfA Beta, but the actual cinematic Saurfang was still in his cell. Sylvanas is supposed to have a cinematic with another major character where she reveals her motivations, its probably going to go here. Rescuing Anduin temporarily in the Alpha may be a misdirection.

It’s another kind of misdirection where the character here is really supposed to be someone else, perhaps a much taller character. Like Baine.
I’m leaning toward it being a place where a cinematic will go instead of a playable bit so spending time perfecting the in-game stuff is pointless because we’ll never actually see it in that context.
Because it’s beta. Why is he wearing full armor while being tortured? Beta. Why is everyone (Jaina, Thrall, Baine) wearing nice, clean clothes? Beta.
imma be the fun police here and say maybe its ment to be a different animation . . . perhaps a custom one that has yet to be made? maybe the one Bolvar used in ICC is being updated? who knows?
he’s trying to get slyvanas’s approval by flexing for her. She’s also excited to see him chained up. Sort’ve just something she’s into. They have chemistry.

Some people use ropes, Anduin uses chains.
Did that dark ranger looking character melted Anduin’s legs or something? 
Such a great movie. Most revenge movies try to teach you a lesson about how bad it is. The Punisher? You will get your revenge and top it off with a rad explosion in the shape of a skull.

Damn right. In saying that, I vastly prefer Punisher Warzone over the 2004 Punisher movie. Thomas Jane is still the best version of Frank though. I can’t stand the caveman grunting Jon Bernthal Punisher from the TV show.
Thomas Jane is great. I was pumped when they picked him for Miller in The Expanse.
Jon Bernthal rubs me the wrong way, I can’t explain it. Never could give The TV show a chance because of that.
I’m the same way. I watched I think five, maybe six episodes of the TV show and he just was not doing it for me so I stopped watching it. He just seemed to be trying way too hard to be Frank, unlike Thomas Jane who just nailed his personality and aura.
