My character isnt receiving Splintered Spark of Awakening ive done the weekly and mutlple m+ and all of lfr I have 0 splinters. My character name is eyedry on stormrage.

And the fact that the icon is (from what it looks like) exactly the same as the season 3 sparks.
i dont have a regent bag… it looked like it was a bug caused by a weekly I picked up in season 2 but never did finally got 1 spark. a 2nd one dropped right after completing the first weekly.
