I have Spectrum and noticed I have frequent disconnects from WoW in the evenings (around the timeframe you mention), had a thread made a bit before this one. WoW only.
I’m nearby but not experiencing this on Spectrum. What modem model?
Having same issue out here in Nevada. All day yesterday and again today. Have tried all the different suggested solutions, but no luck. Spectrum not seeing anything. Any other ideas??
What does that have to do with the fact that Spectrum is having major issues that affect more than just the game?
It’s the newest modem, I’m sorry, I’m very unfamiliar with this kind of stuff. How would I figure out the model?
It would be on the modem. Usually mixed in with the s/n (serial number) and the UPC codes.

same problems are ongoing tonight. model number is E31U2V1
Update: I called spectrum, they updated my modem’s firmware and I’ve been online for about 30 minutes with no DC.
updated modem’s firmware, the problem is fixed.
Yay, my guess was probably right.
Glad to hear improvements are coming.
spectrum just told me that the modem updates are done automatically and they cant do anything to update the software on demand
I tried all of the listed troubleshooting and I still am having issues.
I’d call back and ask to speak to a higher-level technician.
If you’re on Spectrum, Blizzard isn’t going to be able to assist with the problem. The ISP needs to correct the disconnection behavior.
