Spark of Awakening - No Catchup?

Hello,

I started gearing my alt shaman a couple of weeks ago. Last reset, I completed LFR Awakened Vault of Incarnates and completed 8 +2/+3 Mythic+ Keystones. Despite completing all of this content, I am not seeing Spark of Awakening drop. There is supposed to be a catchup mechanic for these, right?

I am currently one wing into LFR Awakened Aberrus and I’ve also completed a M+ dungeon this week and still have not seen a spark drop.

Is there something bugged with this?

From my understanding, those ain’t a guarantee from everything you do - it just up the change for them to drop.

I am aware that they are not guaranteed, but it’s kind of crazy to do 9 keystones, and kill 9 raid bosses and not get any. I’m seeing people in LFR loot one on every boss, and multiple people looting them every key I do.
