I see people getting actioned for spam, so I’m wondering if the things my character yells after my toon is transformed ( shows as red type in chat, and is using the character my toon is morphed into’s name) is seen by other players or just me?
Could this be considered spam? Is there a way to turn it off?
That fires off infrequently enough that you’re probably safe from an action for spamming.
What I’ll report as spamming in combat is if someone has a /yell or an emote that goes off multiple times per minute.
Toys like that can be annoying when lots of people do them in the same area, but no, you will be fine.
Blizzard has done stuff to help curb those minor annoyances like silencing Sunflower and making some areas no toy zones. If Blizzard thinks the transmogifer voice lines are spammy they can always silence them.
