Which is it, you gonna kick and replace us or you cancelled your sub along with half your elite friends list and left this game for really reals this time? This “white parser” (whatever that is) is just wondering as your incoherent ego driven rant got a little pedantic and lost me at the end.
Its not about GDKP. Its about keeping your game alive.
it very clearly is, and servers can survive just fine on much smaller pops than you seem to think.
Sure its the 1st time its been done with GDKP
yes, and thus far the only time, there are plenty other versions of the game for you to play if you cannot live without your RMT loot system
People wont carry you for free so you cry until blizz tries to force us to carry your white parses.
check my parses, same name as the toon im posting from on lone wolf, they are anything but grey (white parses are not a thing btw).
I cancelled my sub along with half my friends list.
this was the intended effect, those who do not want to play without gdkp can either leave the game or go to one of the other versions of wow that does.
nobody is sad about it or will miss you.
This is coming from the #2 DH tank in the world in M+ at the start of dragonflight.
nobody cares
we will just kick and replace and you kids
if you want to remove low performers from your groups that is entirely your prerogative, luckily you cancelled your sub so it wont be a problem for you shortly, also nobody cares
I’m not saying they have to, I’m telling you how players will act when they have the option of buying gold or materials from bots. If you don’t like it, I agree with you. The solution is to get rid of bots. GDKP fix or meaningfully change this scenario.
You seem to be equating GDKP with bots and cheating when they are obviously not the same thing and you can’t simply swap them out to make your argument work.
GDKP causes hyper inflation and a select few concentrated gold buyers may dominate the market. MOST gdkp players don’t buy gold and live off the gold payouts on multiple toons. Banning GDKP might stop the whales from buying, but it opens a market that previously didn’t exist. The people that lost the GDKP income and don’t have time or don’t want to farm gold for consumes, mounts, etc. Which of these markets is larger? Who knows, but based on the RMT gold prices this past week the bot farmers don’t appear to be concerned at all.
They can sell a lot of gold to a few players or a little gold to a lot of players. Bots farms don’t really care. And inflation just informs the bot farmers which farms are more profitable (raw gold or materials)
Just keep saying it in hopes it makes the argument true. It isn’t.
No, it isn’t the intended effect is to get players to use more traditional loot methods. Apparently the devs haven’t realized that GDKP exists because the community rejected these loot methods. Evidenced by GDKP taking over in every version of classic wow.
This is an attitude that is racing toward a dead game. Not listening to feedback is not something to be proud of. If you are this toxic maybe it is you that is the problem, not GDKP.

copium. just bury your head in the sand deeper, im sure that will make the very obvious links between gdkps and rmt that everyone else on the planet can connect the dots between go away
No, it isn’t the intended effect
no it very much is, blizz has stated gdkps are banned, the intended effect of that is if you want to run gdkps, you go to another version of the game, or if you dont want to do that, you quit.
those are the 2 options you have been left with, this is clearly an intended effect of the ban, again copium

if the server pop drops to something considerably smaller, it will actually kind of be a better experience because the remaining playerbase will be the dedicated people who really love the game, and it will not be profitable enough for the botters to justify heavily botting it, this is exactly how it was on smaller pservers and it was great.
This is the strawman argument. Collectively you, gdkp haters, and apparently the devs have fallen into the trap of this kind of thinking. I wish you would spend this energy actually combating the root of the problem (bots) instead of chopping the tree down leaves first.
Anyway, this thread is about the source of RMT gold. Not the merits of GDKP or the silliness of the draconian ban policy. I have another thread for that.
You keep using that term, without applying it properly. Throwing around logical fallacies without understanding them doesn’t make your attempted points convincing.
There’s a reason the fallacy fallacy exists. I hope I don’t need to explain to you, that something can be a logical fallacy, while also being true.
And M+ was screwed at the start of DF. It actually drove more than a few people (myself included) to take a break from the game. That introduction of magic dmg being overturned in half the pluses wasn’t a promising sign for a healthy season or expansion.
Maybe a different metric would help establish a supposedly superior position. My favorite ones for showing off my prowess are the pandaland challenge mode FoSs, and the title I got for it on one of the most competitive alliance servers for pve.
