Meh, I liked her. She used to have a tragic story and I really felt for the character. They messed her up for bfa and most of Shadowlands but I actually enjoyed her redeeming ark at the end.
Tbf though I don’t think she will be coming back, she is stuck in the Maw until she saves every soul she messed over, that is literally her assigned punishment. So unless she is fast as all get out she won’t make it in time I bet because she killed a LOT of people.
I will say this though, regardless of one’s opinion on her story I thought her design, animation and VA was done really well. Brought the character to life. Wish they hadn’t botched her story so much though.

Still got to remember the 180 they pulled with Tyrande, legit had the spirit of vengeance in her only at the last second for things to go “lol JK” and stop her from killing Sylvanas. Plus I also find it incredibly strange when you think about how, we the hero, followed her but receive no punishment. Sure there were some quests as a Horde player to refuse to kill someone, but you still aided heavily in her effort.
It’s one of those things that again in WoWs story makes little sense, since we were in another situation were we and many others helped a Warchief who’d become a villain.

My Forsaken Warlock, that is on her side, wants her to return but he’s gonna be surprised to see her not undead anymore. 
I feel like turning Sylvanas back into an Elf is like Warframe turning Lotus bad and than trying to give you a choice to turn her back to your side. Once Lotus turned on me she was dead to me from that point on. She can never come back to what she was and neither can Sylvanas.
I used to like Sylvanas but not anymore. Just another terrible decision by Blizz to make yet another Horde leader into an enemy. 
To each their own.
Fully expecting her to get at least four full expansions dedicated to her:
- Redemption
- Sacrifice
- Another Betrayal
- Turns out it wasn’t a betrayal
- Another redemption
She’s gonna be the Sarah Kerrigan of WarCraft…
She’s not my problem any more and I’d like to keep it that way. That’s the limit of my forgiveness.

At this point, Sylvanas should not be dispatching anyone if she is to have a place in Warcraft. She could be either an independent character or have a following of her own she discovered in the Maw while saving souls, which would help in fighting another bad guy.

She’s going to come back eventually, but who knows when. She was my favorite character since Vanilla and I feel like her story in the last couple of expansions just fell flat because of the limited story in-game.

they should actually abandon that entire storyline just like the dude that wrote it tried to abandon the sword stabbed into the planet.
