What happens when you try viewing it from a different browser?
I haven’t. Blizz says the problem is on their end.
Okay. Well, viewing my support site works for me. Checking a different browser sometimes helps you view webpages in case of caching problems.
I’ll try clearing cache, maybe that fixes it. But why would they confirm that it’s on their end? Seems like that would discourage troubleshooting steps.
And clearing cache did the trick. Guess it wasn’t on their end.
Glad it worked! Sometimes error messages like that probably spring up because the caching problem made the website think it was an internal error. A generic error message would probably work just fine.
