This is why locking things down was pointless and just made people jump through hoops who wanted to make alts.

Just keep making tickets until you get an actual person. Keep the evidence and link to the direct claim by a dev saying action will be taken. A lot of the responses are AI.

Well the issue is that there can be people that transferred then paid for namechange because they wanted their char to be named differently and it not being malicious but taken someone elses name that way.

Your name? Do you have the necessary proof to show that you legally own the name? If so, you probably should have provided it to Blizzard. If not, it’s just a name and open to literally anyone to also choose. Pretty silly to get this upset over it.

People tend to greatly overvalue their own pre-conceived notion when evaluating that.
It’s probably not actually proof (also, if it’s a communication on another platform, blizzard won’t trust it, since that’s easy enough to forge), but something that can be maybe read in some way to confirm what you already want to be true.

You could’ve changed some of them to “intentionally” or “on purpose” or “spitefully” or any other synonym.
Problem is that any screenshot of messages that happened outside of a blizzard controlled platform is not actionable.
Ya I dont know but if he has ingame chatlogs those can be read by them but if not then tough luck I assume
