I’m not opposed to the pre 1.11 threat generation mechanics and the earlier version of shield slam being used. In fact, i would prefer to see the earlier threat generation mechanics and earlier version of shield slam used.

Having said that,

You really would not need to change bears or pallys at all. Just undo the change to shield slam and put it back at 30. All better all 3 tanks would be wanted again.

Negative they are not making all of vanilla they are making classic 1.12 Anything that did not exist in 1.12 is a change just as much. You can call them unchanges but they are still changes. Also Dire maul came out in 1.3…why would they wait until like the 1.8 content to release a 1.3 dungeon? If they are putting 3 patches in each of the 4 phases then dire maul very much does go in phase 1.

Except how is the truer experience to switch BGs to single realm when in fact in the 1.12 they basing on BGs were cross realm? To make them single realm would be a change and less true experience

Well Old AV did not exist in 1.12 so it does not belong in classic either by your reasoning. They aren’t doing all of vanilla they are doing classic (1.12) Things removed in 1.3 or 1.6 are just as out of place as something that went in in 2.0

bamber is delusional and think when we want no changes that means no changes from 1.12 at all. which isn’t the case.

we are more then happy to discuss anything that happened over the duration of vanilla. I for one would welcome pre naxx threat.

I know. I was just pointing out that the “no changes from 1.12 at all” only seems to apply to things prior to 1.12 that she doesn’t want, such as single realm BG’s, etc. The “no changes from 1.12 at all” doesn’t seem to apply to things she wants, such as the earlier threat generation mechanics and shield slam.
