Blizz has one shot to create the greatest opportunity ever in a couple years.
Wrath in all its glory, but never add the dungeon finder (and maybe stagger the speed at which you can acquire badge gear).
Mark my words, if they do that, classic will surpass retail in every form.

No DF for sure, maybe actually make archaeology worth a damned though as well? xD
No.
Donât like dungeon finder, donât use it.

Blizzard seems like they will never not try to make money⊠but if they try to make a good game instead of monetizing it, For example, recreating the game from classic, then they have a chance to resurface as a competent company

I guarantee you, there will be no classic versions that just decide to remove actual features and systems.
People tried to argue this same thing about flight for TBC. It goes nowhere because as much as people playing right now may or may not want the feature, people are going to come back to the game who expect it to have that feature.

The original version was not too bad since it only pulled from the server. The last patch version was what killed server identity to me. If it is never added, I will not cry.
One thing in my opinion that would need to be changed is the balance for the first two tiers of raids. They fouled up the balance between 10 and 25 man from giving 25 man gear before 10 man was tested. Either increase 10 man ilevel or redo the 10 man balance testing with a 10 man raid item cap. I was in the beta and saw what happened first hand.
And yes, I did 10 man raiding back then. Another guild used us as backup for their 25 man raid and we always out dpsâed, out healed, and out tanked their guys and we found it much easier than out 10 man. Hell, we pugged 15 people for the dragon mount runs and found it easier to do than the 10 man.
The problem continuing into Ulduar is what made all of us stop playing seriously until Argent Tournament and they got the split balance right.
Warts and all. How quickly they forget.

I think the anti-flying camp is a tiny fraction of the anti-LFD camp lol
Wait, so it wasnât cross-realm pulls? When did cross-realms happen?
I dont know i like dungeon finder as a tank someone do something i dont like a bail get instantly in another group! i think raid find is the problem
In the ICC patch.
I was wrong: Itâs lead in to Cata made it even worse by a large margin.
Edit: I checked and my memory is wrong. I remember DF before it, but the old patch notes says DF was adding in the 3.3.0 patch with cross realm. My bad,

Well, this version of TBC doesnât have the LFG tool the original had, so we already have that change. Whatâs to keep them from leaving out LFD?
As far as I know, that and guild banks are being added in later.
They could choose to do anything they want, itâs their IP. Iâm expressing my opinion, not a tautological fact.
I do not think they will remove LFD. For every person who believes it was detrimental, thereâs a person or 2 that really like the system and wishes it was in the other classics, too.

The issue is that flying is integral to large parts of TBCâs design. They would either need to make a land bridge or teleporter for Tempest Keep since you are expected to FLY to it. There are other examples, but this is the one most will run into.
The changes required for that would be WAY outside of a minor or medium change.

You would not believe the number of people who were arguing to put in teleporters or ramps.
It was dumb and I hated it, because I love flying and there was no way I wanted to play a version that removed it.

Thatâs true, but I donât think Blizzard is fond of LFD either.
Maybe theyâll leave it up to the players.
Well. TBC is missing a few things⊠At least for now.

I saw it. But I do not think it was that many. I kept saying the same names pop up time after time. It is the same question in any conversation about opinions: how man in each camp are being silent?
I know my opinion on the numbers, but I will not say them as I have no proof.
And classic didnât have a keyring for several months either.
I think you know what I meant, though
