I am just focusing on crafting this time. Helping other players get gear they want and such. Only thing I find enjoyable now. I leave Mythic+, Raids and other such things alone. Not really hyped though, but interested at most I should say.
Will add that I simply hope players can find some joy in whatever they do.
Sounds pretty good to me, it’s the first expansion in three years without some bogus system. The talents are a good foundation for them to build on, not dump the moment the expansion is over.
As to the rest, I’ll have to see it play out. Not pleased with group loot, but the M+ changes look like they’re finally pulling M+ to the same level PvP and raiding are both on so I’m not too upset at that. Knowing the Creation Catalyst will be there from the start is good, too (though six weeks is too long). Dragonriding is the most enjoyment I’ve had in the open world in almost a decade, so excited for more of that.
I don’t know, I’m happier with what I’ve seen compared to what I saw around this time for BfA and SL so…Shrug.
Well, if nothing changes my mind about my list I am guessing that I will take a break pretty quickly after DF releases. I already have the x-pack and the rest of my 6-month sub so I’m going to play it for a while so I don’t feel like I completely wasted my money.
Originally, I assumed the selling point of Dragonflight was simply not being as bad as Shadowlands, but with some of the things OP mentions, I’m not sure if that will even be the case.
That is a good question and one that is becoming harder and harder to answer. I guess I am just hoping to be surprised one of these days…like get the weekly chest full of good game design decisions instead of the constant flow of bad news
