I went to mog the Valarjar Tabard on my character, but it doesn’t seem to be account-wide, as the character I have it on is my priest. Is this a bug? Thanks in advance!
it might have a rep requirement. I know some xmogs have a level and/or rep requirement.
Which was changed with the implementation of the patch on Tuesday.
Grandeur - does the tabard still have a buy-back timer on your priest? Can you favorite it in the transmog pane on your priest and see if that gets it to appear on your other character?

That should have been done away with in this update.
Items with reputation requirements to acquire no longer require that reputation to apply as a transmog appearance, once acquired.

Grandeur, check to make sure you don’t still have the buyback option on the item. It looks like it was purchased at the end of November, but if you haven’t been on the character much, the timer might still exist.
If the timer is gone and the tabard isn’t otherwise showing up in your collection for any other characters I’d recommend submitting a bug report so our QA team can take a look.
