Classic era is and and always will be dead they’ve clustered the realms and you literally have an agreement to PVP on friday nights… missing vanilla the first go around and missing classic relaunch is missing it… He wasnt referring to TBC he said classic… sounds like you are just trolling

Looking for an updated blue post that states we can move to a realm we have existing characters on when they re-open the transfers… forcing people to realms they have no connections too or forcing them to play on the wrong time zone ( even worse OCE people ) how does eranikus choice align with their core values for classic? Friends? guild? community? Nope go to a realm youve never played on if you want to continue your SOM character

Because that was their only choice and it was a terrible choice but it had to be made because the amount of people playing SOM was so small that when we all seen Jomgabbar have +1k active horde raiders that was the only destination to see the game out through its “seasonal cadence” WHY lmao are you advocating for a poor player experience? legitimately a troll…

The choice was made we are moving to WOTLK because thats what it is, what we are discussing here is the fact the realms they want to send us to are in direct conflict with the core values blizzard claims to hold for classic wow. Go on then, describe to us all what the choice is and then tell me exactly what the gameplay would of been like on the server with 0 active players on it versus the one with 1k+. Swamp of sorrows became even less populated than your realm cluster and you can’t even run 20 man content. There wasn’t even enough players to run 5 man content on swamp of sorrows in the end…

It’s not toxic to disagree.
I don’t believe there should be an option to transfer a SoM character for free to a locked server when others with characters already on that destination server cannot do so from a different Wrath realm. If it’s locked it’s locked for everyone. But while that seems only fair to me I know others won’t be able to see it.
I don’t play on Earthfury but I have read the hastily posted corrections to actions that have taken place. It seems only fair to me that Blizzard give them some priority consideration in a matter like this. I believe that even though I have concern for my SoM characters that Blizzard has an obligation to look out for all players and balance as they see fit. Just please don’t forget about Earthfury again.
