Which players should they consider? The world is full of opposing views, and you can’t go anywhere without seeing polarizing opinions on nearly everything. For every person complaining on the forums about this change or that update, there are thousands of people who support them, or just don’t care enough to argue.
If they want to make changes that improve the morale in their workplace, more power to them. If this is somehow a shady business practice, where they are lying to our faces, it will come out eventually. As it stands, I’d prefer to think they are being sincere, while they are being highly scrutinized for mistreating their workers in the past.
Maybe it seems optimistic, but I feel more like a Realist, as I take the information presented, and make my decision based on that, which is subject to change as new information is presented.

So clearly we need to remove all views. The solution definitely isn’t to grow up and accept people believe different things.
By the way, the real problem is that these nutjubs making these changes can’t distinguish between Real Life from Azeroth. It’s a freaking video game. That ‘world’ doesn’t exist. Those races don’t exist. Those places don’t exist. Relating everything in a fantasy video game to real life is not a rational thing to do. This is nothing but overcompensation and distracting from actual things that went on at that company. These changes accomplish nothing of value. They merely demonstrate Blizz has their priorities completely out of whack.
Removing names and references to real life people who did atrocious things is fine. They shouldn’t be glorifying perverts. But everything beyond that is sheer idiocy.

The ones they want to sell to. Every business has to struggle with meeting and exceeding the demands of their customers, in professional services their is a concept called KYC - know your customer. Every business needs to have an understanding of who their audience is… if blizzard are ok with letting the lower rungs on the org chart put their ideology and views into the game so be it.

Im just saying that nobody can hear your stupid emote anyway, so the change is irrelevant.
Better solution: lay off/fire the people responsible for these decisions. Hire people with more brain cells to replace them. Seriously

You may be waiting a very long time. I don’t even see patch 10.0 having as much of a comeback after what we got from all of 8.0 going into 9.0 and after…
they will argue that twitter is a real place too 
the audio from the voiced emotes.

my issue isnt What they’re removing/censoring, it’s the fact that it’s going on period.
the removal of the living trophies those certain devs had existing in the game as npcs and such, i have no issue with removal of those as those people shouldnt be celebrated
the rest, at best is pandering, though more likely is a hard-left stance (going by how awsome the twitter crowd shows itself to be)
