- The new PvP brawl is the Solo Shuffle. It’ll take 6 players and have them fight in 3v3 arena matches in every possible combination you could form with those players. The one with the best rating at the end wins.
So, that is 6 different arena matches assuming 2 dps and 1 healer for the comps.
This means that one soloque can last 30 mins or more! And it seems like there will only be one winner? This doesn’t seem like the right solution. Everyone should be rewarded each time their team wins. And what will happen if someone leaves?
Same thing that happens in every other solo queue game
you move on to the next game and hope you don’t get trolled again

Dont forget its a Brawl ‘‘BG style’’ arena soloQ.
It probably wont end up like this if its ever implemented.
They said they would want the feedback on this brawl, so you guys should give all the feedback possible once its on ptr.
Honestly the best way to do it is you take:
1 healer, 1 ranged dps, 1 melee dps from the queue, and it matchs people together using the same healer, ranged, melee. Tanks wouldnt be allowed to queue.

This is what the arena tourney realm did and it worked pretty well but there are crazy issues that need to be fixed before we get to that point though. Namely Gear Disparity, the bracket of rating and what kind of rewards does solo queue get.
People already hate skirms because of the gear disparity, which should be fixed from a proper MMR system but it will still exist and you could queue into 5 other people where 1 person is SUPER GEARED and just carries the game.
The other main problem I think they need to solve before any of this goes ahead is the bracket or rating. Where do you put these brackets I know the old cata arena tourney realm had a 3v3 rating for your normal queues and a 3v3 rating for your solo queue and everything was still put in the same ladder so solo queue players would still queue into normal ranked players and it seemed to work fine.
For rewards I think they need to incetivize healers to queue solo queue by adding % based rewards for either specific classes like Swotor does or for specific roles like melee/ranged/healing so you actually have people wanting to queue it for rating instead of just queueing it as a way to play the game while noones on or to cap alts.
I like how people thing pug matches will go 5 min.

Idk how many of your 3v3 skirm games last longer than 5 mins, for me its the vast minority
The only reason solo q wouldn’t work is blizzard. Here’s the starting point of what needs to happen: horde and alliance can match up together. You cannot get paired with the same teammates for “x” games in a row. Rewards should be different than that of ranked to distinguish (and not equal) 3v3.
The question is if theres actually players left to make solo q viable
So basically the class that fits into any comp and succeeds will have the highest win percentage. Most likely warriors, mages, druid and spriest?
