Id like to participate in these but the que times are beyond what I can deal with. I have no patience or attention span to wait 30 minutes for a 6 round match then another 30 minutes for 6 more rounds.
Is there a solution?

Healer is instant queues. 
I would play a heals if they let Conquest be used account wide. Id use the healer to cap all my max levels.
