I say Open the flood gates, if its 5 tanks and a healer that hit the queue raffle then so be it. Release the Kraken!
Has this been implemented yet? It doesn’t seem like it. Leavers still rampant. Every time its rating unchanged.
they could easily just hotfix this issue. But they don’t actually care about us because all we do is complain lol
The q’s times will not get any better because people are quitting… I want my money back please.
Please implement these changes quicker. Nothing is more annoying than waiting 40 GD minutes for a queue to pop…Just to have 3-5 wins under your belt and then some donkey leaves. Then to follow the next game up with 4 wins with zero rating increase.
Either reward the players for their efforts or strongly punish the people who are leaving. They obviously don’t care about a 15 min debuff.

Solo Shuffle is Amazing when it works. When it doesn’t work, it drives me to want to quit playing. I am here for the purpose to hang with friends and PVP. I got fed up with long queue times, I am trash PVP Player, I said what will it hurt if I am a trash healer at least I will get to play.
Lessons Learned so far:
- Do not allow players to chat via text in game, build a quick voting gui that shows up before each round that allows each player to select and agree who to target. End the disgusting trash talking.
- You want to give Healer Incentize more people to play Healers? Make it so they cannot derank, 0cr for 0-6 is perfect, keep them at the current ranking or they go up with wins. You will always have low Healers because they cannot grow (maybe me) or new people picking up Healing and they grow.
- If someone quits the match, give all the other players the earned CR and if someone was negative CR, give them 0. Ban the account of the quitter for 2 hours. This will suck if someone dq’d instead of rage quitting but I feel it is the only way to get people from leaving.
- MORE REWARDS!!!
** Maybe put random amazing drops (mounts and transmog) in caches you get for winning.
** Instead of one Elite Transmog Set, you need Transmog set for every Title. Make Mounts for every Title, they can be just colored differently.
** More Mounts
** More EPIC LOOKING Transmog

Also why is one of my most powerful heals one that I have to fly to the injured party member to heal? 9 times out of 10 the injured party member has a mele dps on them blasting them down and here I have to go in and get blasted down as well just to heal them.
IRL: Hey buddy on fire, let me get this fire extinguisher and come stand in the fire to put you out.
Can you send a green dragon heal spell flying super fast the injured target instead? This makes more common sense.

Make dps want to play as healers. Honor and conquest won’t cut it. Let’s face it they aren’t dealing with new players. They are dealing with their current and possibly dwindling pvp player base. They need to up the rewards to incentivize players to play healers and new mount progression for healers and each bracket gave you half of a new xmog. Combatant 1, you get the lower half, combatant 2 you get the upper half. Boom full xmog set for that bracket. Challenger 1, lower half. Challenger 2, upper half. Another completed set. Rinse and repeat. Or they could just add a unique xmog set you can grind just like for the vicious mount. Be 1000 rating and win games. There you go. You are creating player engagement. Somewhat. People like mounts, xmog, and titles. Engage your audience. Don’t give us currency.
The only reason I refuse to heal and only play DPS in RSS - is purely %90 of games is double melee training you mashing their CDs on CD.

Please address the “zug” and I think you will find healer participation will grow immensely.
Just add a 3v3 DPS queue, but make having a healer of course worth more (or mathematically equivalent based on time)
If they want more healers in solo shuffle, limit 1 druid per match. Resto druid hard counters DPS druid, so non-resto-druid healer always have to play 3 match against a DPS druid being top damage and then play 3 match with a DPS druid being their bottom damage. This happens over and over and over again, and it makes sitting in DPS queue the better option.
Make it where healers that perferm well can farm gold in rated solo shuffle. would be a great change for them
Most players never touched ranked PvP so yeah a big problem is new arena pvpers.
2 v 2 RSS… have a 3 round match with each DPS pair. Short, fast, instant Q.
You need a harsher punishment. The account wide thing is nice, but 15 minutes don’t cut it. A lot of us wait 20-40 mins in queue for a random person to leave and lose all of that time we cannot get back.
Punishment should be 2 hours across the account.
After the second offense, bump it for 24 hours.
3rd offense should be 48 hours and keeps doubling after that, or banned from queuing in solo shuffle for the rest of the season.
are you still discussing this? it has been hell of a long discussion, can you please put call to arms to solo shuffle just like it works for PvE content while you finish discussing it? tyvm
It is December 3rd, 2023 and I have come to ask about your cars extended warranty. Err… If you are still discussing the best options to incentivize more healers to queue for SS.
You’ve done everything except normalize their cr/mmr with dps like it is in reg 3’s. That’s the answer to this a year later.
Why is common sense so bloody hard for you people? The current system is awful for healers and I’d never consider trying it even if it was free 1800 (it probably is) or higher.
This has zero to do with game play or pacing. The mmr/cr system for healers is bad and that is in and of itself enough for healers not to want to participate in Solo.

It should serve a purpose in slightly reducing the prevalence of leavers if they aren’t able to abandon games they dislike and hop on an alt. Another thing that could use a tweak is leaving queue; debuff people who decline them repeatedly in a short period of time.
