To be more healer friendly. The systems in place are incredibly toxic and have pushed healers like myself out of the bracket. Healers should honestly be in an entirely different ranking system because they aren’t playing under the same rules. Plus the healers that aren’t FoTM at any given time get completely run over. If blizzard would let us blacklist one spec in the game we could at least get rid of some of the annoyances in Qing. Like I don’t want to face a disc priest every game or a monk every game or a resto shaman every game.
Either that or if you’re playing a spec that isn’t FoTM you should lose less points and mmr for losses. I’ve completely given up on blizzard ever being able to balance solo shuffle but they could at least help healers want to queue so everyone isn’t waiting so long to get in.
Tldr; healing solo shuffle is a toxic unbalanced mess
Remove Healers and Tanks from RSS and watch the insta-queue’s roll in but matches would probably last about 30 secs. That 30 secs is probably better than some people’s Wedding Night.
Remove SS because we have skrims and attach conquest point rewards to them. Then people can get their conq gear from soloQ skrims and move into rated 2s/3s if they want. Rated definitely needs more rewards added but that is well beyond the scope of your thread lol.
I’ve had 4 wins and gained 0 rating. Currently glued to <1000 with no hopes of getting out because of the requirement to get more wins than losses each match, along with the dependency on DPS to play their part, which is too much to ask for at this MMR.
Haven’t played in a month. It gets tiresome for sure. If every time I log in it makes me upset, I’ll start logging in less.
I play every healer in the game but it’s too bad because usually only one is good in solo shuffle at any given time. If blizzard gave us the ability to blacklist one class, the amount of complaining about class balance would decrease quite a bit
As soon as it began rewarding conquest and rating in dragonflight, things got a little sweaty. Casuals noped out. Without the casuals, things got even sweatier. Then the amateurs noped out. Without the amateurs things got even sweatier yet. Now even the enthusiasts are bailing out.
