Solo Shuffle Help (Blizzard)

I am now 29 years old with a 20-month-old daughter. The only time I can login to get some PvP time during the day is during her nap. She is down anywhere from 1-2.5 hours most days.

I just logged in during her nap time window on my wife’s character, to help push her to 1800 in Solo Shuffle so she can complete her elite set before the season ends.

Just waited in a Solo Shuffle queue for 35 mins and 55 secs. We entered and before the first round even started, someone left the lobby causing it to end in a draw.

I hopefully will get lucky and have one more Solo Shuffle pop as we speak before our daughter wakes up.

Can we please have a feature to benefit the other 5 players in a Solo Shuffle lobby when another player leaves the match? Especially when it happens before any rounds take place and the entire match is a draw.

Players caught in this annoying issue should be granted front of the line access when requeuing. I would even go for giving us all the option to requeue as a group as well. That way it also would disrupt the least number of other players currently waiting in the queue.

It is a terrible experience to have sat here for nearly 36 minutes for nothing.

Say what you will about MMR and what the causes/solutions for that are. Or class balance, tuning, rewards etc…

This issue is 100% approachable for an immediate quality of life fix. Solo Shuffle has enough stress points as it is.

This kind of solution would really go a long way for us PvPers.

Thank you.

I recommend editing out the second paragraph.

This is also her character. Currently at 1676 CR.

You can tell by the number of games played this season she tried very hard. Even made it to 1709!

This is her first season ever playing. She learned a ton.

No, not like that. :dracthyr_nervous_animated:

If this is because of any “carrying” or “boosting” reasons I am not concerned at all.

She played endlessly this season, and it ends very soon. I have also played a massive amount on my Paladin and Warrior this season. Warrior is duelist rating in Solo Shuffle currently.

My wife and I share an account. We both play it on one PC. I play her character all the time and she even plays my characters.

This should not break any terms for Rated play. Even if it does, it obviously should not. Regardless of that it would be very silly to further punish us as players. We play a substantial amount and I personally have been playing since Vanilla.

The point here is the issue of waiting nearly 36 mins for an immediate Draw in Solo Shuffle. Any players caught in this issue should be given front on the line priority to quickly get into another lobby.

I have had this happen several times throughout Dragonflight in Solo Shuffle and I know everyone else who actually plays this has had a similar experience.

Please consider a fix that addresses this annoying quality of life issue.

Ha! Most of us are a lot older than that.

Probably shouldn’t be telling people this.

Hmm.

I see.

Well, in the future I recommend avoiding waiting until the tail end of the season to wrap up goals and to refrain from engaging in conversations with law enforcement personnel.

It’s not necessarily wrong. You are allowed one person to play on your account iirc from the TOS as long as they’re family or some things. A grey area if that’s still the case

The issue will always just come if they only play the acc/char to get it rewards or something, rather than play it because it’s a shared acc.

This is also my Warrior for further confirmation.

I am who I say we are and that is our exact situation.

Sorry if this breaks any terms. If it does, those terms are obviously not good.

Regardless, I really hope this issue can get some attention. I doubt it would be that costing to implement a fix that addresses a player leaving before a match starts.

What fix exist? Rewards, class tuning and a bunch of other stuff probably won’t fix it. It’ll be a band aid if anything that Blizzard doesn’t see as something worth investing in right now because the PvP player base is very small.

Should of thought of this before choosing to have a child IMO… You knew it would take time from wow and you did it anyways…

If you could get humans through blizzard support, they would laugh at you for this

Have you considered just queuing 2s or making a family friend and queuing 3s?

Use your wife to recruit lonely gladiators to play with you guys and profit.
