Hi, so I made a thing. Basically is its getting data from the API for 13 days straight graphing the same information around the time discipline priests were the FOTM. In my opinion, its a reflection of the popularity of a spec and a general sense of the current meta.

It shows the classes and the rating spread of the top 5000 players on each spec and their ratings, naturally they will climb due to inflation. Rating Cutoffs are shown in blue vertical lines 1600,1800,2100 and 2400 and each class is ordered in ranking by its median.
Some interesting things to note from this graph are destro warlocks climbed afew rankings between the classes, outlaw and fire mage stayed the least played and in general the zug zuggers: unholy, arms and havoc had the highest median rating. Out of the healers discipline climbed in this time and restoration druid plateaued.
Let me know if there is any interest in doing this for the new season, I can do it every day but it will take some work. I can also change the rating cut offs ie above 1800,2100,2400 etc, these graphs will look quite different to this image of the overall ladder. Thanks.
