Ditto for this; I’m tired of sitting in lfg for an hour and not being able to find games at 1500. I’m letting my sub run out in 5 days, solo que would be one of the few things that would bring me back.

Agreed lfg is such a huge waste of time.
And when you, as a fire mage, gets teamed with a prot warrior, and a survival hunter, you’d be right back on here complaining.
In a world where team comp and player experience matter, a random group finder will never be a good approach.

specs aren’t balanced around 1v1 so if they did this it would have to be unranked or we would see 1 or 2 classes covering the entire front page.
Wait is OP talking about a SOLO (as in 1v1) mode? I thought he meant like queue up alone and go with who you’re placed with. Like ranked skirmishes.

I think he means like random BGs queue but they are ranked.

I don’t mean actually 1v1 although that would not be terrible , maybe only que you up against same specs so we can figure out who the best person is playing that class , I meant I can que up in a 2v2 or 3v3 like a skirmish and allow it to be ranked, so that I could possibly get my pvp rewards without spending hours in LFG
Wont work in this game due to too many class/spec variety. It’s not like Overwatch where you can swap them out depending on matchup on the fly.
only way i can see a solo queue would kind of work is Rated BGs. even then i feel like it would be a trainwreck.
Interesting idea but you would literally get rolled by every rogue you que into unless there were limitations around stealth mechanics. Trinket opener, full blind, wait for DRs, reopen GG.
I think he meant you queue alone for a 3v3 and it will select a group of other people that have queued that are at similar mmr than you, facing another team that’s queued in the same way.
So like rated skirmish with mmr and rating.

Yes please… I feel you should be able to get the same level of gear as high rated players. high rated players can get them sooner and can get unique mounts and mogs so they can flex their rating.
