Stop boosting total noobs to 2100 mmr in solo. It’s not cute. It’s not a realistic “prove it”. It’s a waste of everyone’s time.
I’m decent at solo shuffle, but this match making is crushing me, my soul, and my grind. 4 matches tonight in the last 1.5 hours with a zero win dps total noob. Mage not ice blocking ever. Bm hunter face tanking. Way too many dps chasing behind los completely ignorant to me or my cc status, or just running away from. Zero rating gained in those. That noobtastic play is supposed to be FAR in the rearview mirror at this mmr. Then ofc right after i get the mmr slap and lose 40 rating when i won 2 of 6 rounds. I played a lot of games to learn and get here and this is busted.
I started playing my Holy Paladin about 1 or 2 weeks ago, and my initial MMR was 2300. If you dropped to 2100 MMR, maybe there are some things that could be improved on both sides. But I also understand how frustrating it is when a DPS dies without using their available defensives.
Yall are making my point regardless of the technicals about the exact starting mmr. Brand new toons getting placed in the same lobby as me is a total farce. I’m not that bad. It wastes my time and punishes me. I’ve played 221 rounds this season and while i have messed up numerous times, i don’t think i’ve ever been blanked and i had a very steady gain in rating. Don’t remember exact mmr progress. Right now my cr is 2165 and mmr is 2168 after i got beat up from that bs yesterday. One of the points is that i had 3 out of 4 matches with a zero win dps and it was a wash. Those people gotta be weeded out and dont belong at my level. Periodt
brother, my first round of this last match…my warrior and rogue did zero interrupts in 3 minute fight against an evoker and balance that were casting sleep and clone. I think i faded most of them but not all. That win was all me.
Ok now im in a new match and 2 brand new dps are in here again with sub 400 rating….. this is bs. one of them is another zero win noob. I haven’t lost today. I have gained rating every match. But these ones that are a wash due to a zero win player being there i lose mmr there.
