since we’re keeping old onyxia around when new onyxia is added…how about bringing back old naxx, i would like a shot at corrupted ashbringer…

I think that would upset a lot of people, obviously it would make a fair amount of people happy too.
I think ashbringer and atiesh should be removed if it does return. Many people spent time in naxx during tbc to get it.

Don’t act surprised. This is the same company that refused to put in cross realm dungeons then put in cross realm for wintergrasp. This btw is the exact opposite of what the original wrath did.
The boss count really doesn’t matter when you copy/paste already existing code.

1 Boss is a lot less than 15.
They also gave a technical reason for why Naxx40 would be difficult, due to some poor decision making on the part of Wrath devs. Onyxia80’s implementation could’ve been different which is why this is being done.
As much as old nax was bor… i mean fun they did exactly what they did in original wrath and that was over wrote the 60 version and moved it from eastern plaguelands to northrend.
So probably will never happen.

Did they run it through all of tbc when it was available? Doubt it.

I feel like I remember seeing something in a video about how chrome time in wotlk would probably extend to lvl 60 Naxx, and that would be great if true. I don’t even care about the drops, I just want the opportunity to try soloing it lol. I got so tired of running MC, ZA, and Kara that I quit wotlk for classic era but something like that would drag me back lol
