Samantha Swifthoof is a Horde Civilian NPC that patrols the road through much of Stranglethorn Vale and is giving Alliance Dishonorable kills and de-ranking them during Blood Moon because its very easy to accidentally tag her during the chaos of the event.
From my understanding her civilian status was removed for Blood Moon during Phases 2 and 3 because for precisely this reason but somehow became a civilian again during Phase 4. This really needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP.

Blizzard, fix this ASAP! Any Alliance entering the Blood Moon event currently are taking a huge gamble. My druid already suffered it’s first ever DHK because of Samantha Swifthoof. I REFUSE to enter STV again during this event until this is fixed and considering the awesome gear that’s available through this (thank you for adding that!), it’s a shame so many of us are forced to wait - assuming this even gets fixed. Rank 14 or STV gear - it seems we cannot have both right now.
