Dishonorable Kill in STV Bloodmoon Event

[SoD] Samantha Swifthoof giving DKs in Blood Moon PvP Event

Samantha Swifthoof is a Horde Civilian NPC that patrols the road through much of Stranglethorn Vale and is giving Alliance Dishonorable kills and de-ranking them during Blood Moon because its very easy to accidentally tag her during the chaos of the event. From my understanding her civilian status was removed for Blood Moon during Phases 2 and 3 because for precisely this reason but somehow became a civilian again during Phase 4. This really needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP.
