How exactly is wrath not part of Classic WoW?

Is it the deathknights?
Is it the badge gear (that existed in TBC)
Is it arenas? (they launched in Wrath)
Was it dailies? (also existed in TBC)
Talent trees? That was MoP
Streamlined dungeon difficulty? That was Cata after classic people whined that the dungeons were just too hard on release.
What exactly made wrath not classic to you?
