Not seeing a character to restore on any of the SoD servers. I played through p2 and had a lv40 rogue on crusader strike im pretty sure, but i went through and checked all the servers and not a single one has a character to restore.
Are SoD PvP realms still locked?
crusader strike isnt, chaos bolt and lava lash are though
Except for the characters you recently created, I’m not seeing any on SoD realms, Streetgoon.
You do appear to have a few Battle.net accounts under your name (though I didn’t see any characters under those either), perhaps you have another Battle.net account out there that had the characters you are looking for?

i dont think that be the case, not even sure what other battle.net accounts are in my name, this has been my main account for over a decade. very interesting to hear this though as i can see a screenshot from p1 sod under my classic era > screenshots folder. and i can see the character folder for the character im looking for under crusader strike
are you able to disclose the accounts in my name? maybe via email, i did have a family shared account, and an old account that was hacked way back in WOTLK
Do you have any character names/realms with (class/race/level) that you can provide that would help to locate the characters you are looking for? As I said, there are only the recently created, and mostly deleted, characters on SOD realms on this Bnet. Nothing deleted, etc…
Not really, no. You can submit a ticket and inquire, but we tend not to provide specific account information. They may be able to help confirm account information though.
One of them definitely appears to be the one that was compromised, since it was closed because of illicit activity on it. It doesn’t look like you ever contacted us to recover the account and have the compromise investigated.

lakeshark undead lv40 rogue should be on crusader strike, and okay makes sense for the hacked account, i was so young when it happened and i didnt know what to do about it so i just kinda let it be.
I’m not seeing a character active or deleted on that realm with that name, sorry.

if i make a ticket would it get sent to devs to look further? i 10000% had a character in SOD
No, I’m afraid not.
There is no indication there was a character on that realm with that name, not on this account at least and no trace on any other I can find. The only explanation I can think of is the character was deleted at some point, which would have been done by a user accessing the account (you or someone else who may have had access). That deleted character would have eventually been purged from the database.
At that point, there is no way to recover it.

bummer sounds like the deletion logic on classic servers does not match retail’s which is disappointing, i can still restore characters from BFA on retail lol. I did indeed delete the character on SOD just didnt think it would be unrecoverable.
No, restoration services, especially character undelete, essentially work the same, different versions may have different cooldowns, the support page should differentiate.
Since it was level 40, it did have a purge timer of 120 days, not sure of the time frame.
