Whatever happened too,
We getting more and more nerfs but why not do the opposite and bring the bar up with the underperforming classes?.
Seriously why can’t we just have fun for once.

It has become increasingly obvious that this development team hastily pulled SoD together in a couple of months and have no idea what they’re doing. It truly is a beta test.
They can’t even trace gold buying, let alone implement Z axis thresholds to stop blatant flyhacking bots. Give them a break, they’ve only had 20 years of experience with unlimited funding, research and data.
It’s just honestly sad, like many specs are struggling and desperately need buffs, dps and healers alike, yet all we see is nerfs upon nerfs… and the actual specs that need adjusting untouched.
this was clearly mostly internal testing. the exs shot thing they should have seen coming. but come on players will fig out any lil thing to give them a edge. atleast they are trying to give us something new
Exactly.
#1. Retail
#2. SOD (former SOD)
Hint: If you want peeps to keep playing SoD stop the Retail mentality. We know certain runes and classes are going to be OP for a bit / phase. Just lift everyone else up instead of bringing X class down.
Blizzard would rather lie to their customers than make a fun game
Yeah make the ridiculously easy game even easier… yay.
I welcome nerfs. I’m priest main hunter alt as well lol.
Can’t see the third sign that says except enhance dps.
They’re realizing the monumental task of updating literally every gear piece in the game to not be completely useless.
Anyone who didn’t think SoD was a beta test going into the release is so far disconnected that it wouldn’t even be humorous to poke fun at them.
The blinders that you would need to have on… geez…
not to defend the multimillion dollar corpo here but the devs today are not the same devs of yester year. Every idea is not perpetually kept and improved upon. Stuff gets lost in the sauce all the time dude. You work a job, you know this.
I think they don’t want to gimp them too hard in PvP rn, they are literally a free kill for nearly every class. All they have is pve dps. I see them getting tweaked pve wise down the line when they have more of a toolkit to PvP with.
devs have stated multiple times that overall ‘class balance’ was planned when all specs have their whole ‘kit’, which won’t be for multiple months now. Most of what we’re seeing now are just tweaks here and there with portions of class kits that are a little overtuned or undertuned.
it was just a meme
fact is, warriors were never “OP”.
how many of each class goes on a 40 man raid is not and never has been a valid metric of balance.
making every spec of every class OP isn’t fun. you think it is, but it isn’t.
THIS.
Do people even realize that when vanilla first released there weren’t diminishing returns on CC?
Very apparent now isn’t it…
I really think they came up with this idea the morning before Blizzcon.
See blizzard wants it to be classic + changes, but classic’s director is a no changes guy. And here we are, defending premades because the long term health of season wow lmfao. Truly a paradoxical statement.
I mean that’s what retail did and it sucks.
warriors are kinda garbage at 25, i think the level 40 phase is gonna be wild
