To be clear, everyone is already expected to follow the In-game Code of Conduct in Blizzard games. The Social Contract you’re referring to is simply an in-game presentation and a reminder of the existing rules and recommnedations for player behavior.

Thank you for putting this in Blue! There have been some doomsayers acting like following the rules they already had is going to be egregious. Even pulling up the 2004 rules which cover the same things does not seem to convince them.
