Even in the Dragon Isles, when I’m using Soar, I will randomly stop or halt in mid-air.
This has been happening now in older zones too, please fix this.
Doubt they be fixing it anytime soon 
, there has been a various posts from others and myself also stating issues about soar being bugged but i do wish blizzard would fix it i love using this in old zones

Ive had this issue only on preservation. The other 2 spec have been ok. But this bug has been happening since launch. NEEDS fixing

This is an issue only for Preservation Evokers- you can fly normally in the other specs.
I have been reporting this issue since 10.0.5 when it first started.
Nothing has been done about it. I was hoping in the update to Soar in 10.2.5 it would be fixed but it is clearly still happening.

This is affecting my healing dracthyr now as well.
Did a quick test, I noticed this leaving valdrakken, tried as pres in various places around the dragon isles, and it happened again in iskaara, I think it has something to do with being in sanctuary spaces, tried it in dev and it did not happen.
I had it happen all throughout the emerald dream, and when testing on ptr had it happen in basically every zone whenever the map name updated. Don’t know what’s so special about preservation to cause it.
Not the only one i was still having this mid air flight getting interupted losing momentum before this patch still happening after patch to, only noticed on the preservation spec though
It was happening to the whole class at some point, then the dps specs seemed to be fixed later on and heals still causing the issue.
