Your initial comment of " Where is the compromise in letting you transfer and make the server even worse?" is still here. You still lose that player if he goes elsewhere.

What’s happening on classic servers is a great advertisement for War Mode and modern server structures.

I mean that it’s impossible to get faction balance on old style servers which is why in modern WoW it tries to balance factions so that there’s an equaslish number of players of each faction in a zone (at least with war mode on). This does lead to overflow where people could end up in a zone with zero members of the opposite faction because you can’t fit them into a balanced shard currently.
You simply will never achieve decent faction balance long term on most servers. This was proven in WoW’s 15 year history. 99% of PvP servers ended up having awful faction balance. Blending people xserver and having the system try to balance the numbers is as close as you’ll be able to get to decent faction balance.
Also, the OP is talking about moving off a PvP server. This was a large part of why War Mode is great in modern WoW (even if initially it was poorly implemented and still needs some improvements). People can simply opt in and out of War Mode rather than having to pay money to xfer to another server or spend an enormous amount of time re-rolling somewhere else.
Yes that’s the thing I have 15 days played on this character. Rerolling would be devastating to me I’ve invested so much time already. I’m hoping that Tuesday resolves the problem but if it doesn’t I’m going to have to make a tough decision. War mode seems like a pretty good idea that retail implemented
I never made that comment. I want people to reroll when they crawl back to PvE servers because it will have less effect on the PvE servers and the PvE communities.

Nah, don’t say that, it implies the problem is us when it’s actually the extended population.
Try not to speak for us, I don’t want off. I want a queue for the other faction like they actually deserve for being sperg lords.
It’s alright, they’re not really individuals anyway, the people on the other faction on my server are just streamer fans, not people.
Yeah I mean it’s tough because no one forced me to roll pvp so I want to take some personal responsibility but the people telling me to go to a pve server act like it was 100% my fault.

It doesn’t matter what anyone says, always remember that there was never ever a situation on this scale. This is unique. It’s actually a change from vanilla, too. If we want authenticity, then this is a problem to be solved by Blizz, not us. Nothing rests on our shoulders.

Imagine my shock. A Horde who is statistically probably on an imbalanced server in their favor (since most of them are) turns a blind eye to the problem because they are benefitting from the current situation.

I knew what to expect so I rolled PVE, mostly because I like to be in charge of my own destiny, but damn, some of you guys are crazy, why shouldn’t they transfer off? It’s a video game and they aren’t having fun, why should they have a miserable time just to please you?
You are within your rights to farm them endlessly, but seriously, if they want out its of no concern to you
