Trying to decide wich melee i want to play tbh, Thinking fury warrior? Frost DK? I want something fast paced and with the least group responsibility as possible we did everything in M+ as ele shams
Decurse, Purge, Interrupt, Stuns, Snares, Tank CD’s aswell as having a somewhat clunky rotation but now that we have been dumpstered…
Time to move onto something that wont ever get dumpstered.
give a try to enhance, its fast paced and fire nova build is quite fun compared to doomwind/wolf bones
gearing up a mage, since mages are apparently blizzards baby, and they’ll never let mages be C tier, like ele shamans are consistently

lotta people have been swapping to enh, its fotm and i sorta hate sorta love it
on one hand, specs getting love
on the other, we’re gonna get nerfed too and i feel encroached on which is dumb but ive been through the ringer

I swapped to enhance. It’s very fun. I’ve always enjoyed the spec but it’s been difficult to justify bringing it - until now. Enhance does big dam and buffs Warriors which are also OP.
Enhance is also surprisingly strong in M+ with Primal Lava Actuators and Necrolord.
Dont fool yourself everyone know Druids are Blizzards favorite. A class that can do it all and is always wanted in one way or another. Prime Example Convoke

I quit i need to put more words but no words is needed. Ascendance still 3 min. Still conduits dont do anything. Elem is trash in pvp
i switched to this frost dk and im having a blast i also have my mm hunter i may not go back to shaman now that i have better classes to play.
unless some drastic buffs or class changes happen to enhancement/elemental im just going to play frost dk and my mm hunter next expansion.

I don’t care enough to log in, so I’m playing some other games I have wanted to for a while anyway. I mean I have left the game before. Who knows if I’ll try another class or spec, but as for now I really don’t even want to play ele, seems pointless.

i quit playing the shaman class i got my hunter and frost dk and after the most recent nerf to focused lightning conduit decreased by 70% in pvp i am done with the class.
shaman is shelved because im playing better classes.
yep i quit playing shaman do you like my new main?my other main is my hunter right above this post and i have a ret paladin for an alt…no need to play shaman any more.

Until something happens in regards to M+ viability, and raid viability i can’t in good conscience hold my guild back with 20% less dps than top performers in the form of a rogue/ warrior / druid in our guild specificically when i can go enhance and push a top 5 dps spot. We aren’t particularly good but still.
I have a couple ideas to try when we have 4piece and 2 legendaries but…they could easily be me being full of crap.

I am playing Enhance, but I had switch before the change. Enhance plays into my style a bit more as I could not get the casting thing down it seemed. I am rather enjoying enhancement now.
Look at the number of logs in mythic progression in sepulcher. Ele simply might as well not exist.
We literally told them this was the case during PTR. They ignore us, and they continue to ignore us, despite communicating fully with other classes specs.
I used to think “oh it’s ele, the sky is always falling” - but this latest debacle truly proves that the devs honestly don’t care, at all, about Elemental Shamans.
It’s honestly so much worse than that.
Our only AOE conduit wastes Stormkeeper procs.

Refuse to communicate with the class, despite having open communication channels, and 4 hour turn-around with other classes.
It’s pitiful. I don’t know why I still play the game honestly.
