So what is with Vol'jin now?

Not as tone deaf as making the game exclusivley for alliance races only.

Yes it is bias plain and simple.

I don’t disagree. I’m not saying horde don’t deserve screen time. They obviously do. I want more for them. Just not sure how you go about that after BfA is all

Maybe. But like, I’m also not in on their meetings or have the data they obviously have access to that helps them decide which characters are going to help them better drive a story forward.

I’m sure bias plays a part in it. But it’s also a lot more complicated than them simply not wanting to write the horde

They see your posts and the bias grows. Be ready for the hurricane.

That’s why the writers have to always come up with some contrived way to make sure he isn’t in action. Dude is basically a demi-god at this point and could solve pretty much any problem by himself.

Plenty has happened for the night elf’s.

At this point I’m just lost to what will make NE fans happy. It’s almost like yall want a third night elf faction that is stronger than horde/alliance.

What I’d love to see for a Vol’jin - as Loa return would be him coming back in the Shadow Hunter style - slips back into the real world and doesn’t tell anyone except the few Darkspear that were in his best closest confidence - little hints, plot clues and things instead being left for the PCs and main NPCs that knew him (like Thrall) to help the plot, but the one who understands Vol’jin’s return publicly first is the one who repeated his words in canon- Zekhan/Zappi Boi - “The Horde is a family.”

What do you mean by almost?
That’s exactly what they want.

Hey now, that’s unfair. Baine sat on a stair in SL, and we got to go to Maldraxxus and reconnect with the most popular, legendary warrior of all time in the history of the Horde…

…Draka.

And we met that weird spoiled brat that thought he was Kael’Thas who sounded and acted nothing like him.

Oh, and Thrall stepped in to fill Saurfang’s shoes as Chief Moping Sad Sack. Nothing says Horde pride like a bunch of emotional old orc dudes spilling their hearts to Anduin, I guess. At least they aren’t so forgotten about that they show up out of the blue to peel off on an unexplained vendetta against Jaina that gets dropped with equally little explanation (hi Rexxar, hope you find whatever that Pearl was, buddy).

Speaking of dropped vendettas, OH BOY, HOWDY am I so glad that Talanji joined up and remained integral to the Horde. I don’t know what I’d do without her there, somewhere, maybe, possibly, allegedly, breathing air (somewhere, maybe, possibly, allegedly) in a place.

Blizzard is not willing to give the Horde any story when they can’t be a villain for the blue team to defeat. That was the legacy of BFA that ruined the faction beyond repair.

Nope, Amirdrassil is for Dragon not Night Elves. Also Night Elves don’t need to have a World Tree to live their live.

Hyjal can be taken in the capitals. Stormwind, I don’t know who will use it when we can go in Stormwind very easily now. Val’shara is really near to Azuna, so not a big upgrade. Darkshore? Just need to take the portal to go in the old Darnassus or the portal in Kul Tiras Zandalar. And we only get Feralas at the end.

Gnomes got nothing in vanilla, BC, Cata, MoP, WoD, Legion, SL and DF.

Doesn’t mean it’s an Alliance territory in the lore. Except Night Elves, we don’t have any other races except druids. So it’s a neutral place for now until we have the proof of it.

And it mustn’t happen. Silvermoon must stay a Horde city. If new Dalaran we must get, it should be in Lordamere Lake.

Sure, we did some quests in SL just for fun and to see the Forsaken looking Undercity forever. They don’t want to rebuild it and prefer to stay outside. That’s why they find a way to clean the plague. :dracthyr_tea:

He will be a part of Midnight, but we what we got for the Void Elves pretty sure it will be for some very short quests.

Just get the Night Elves from Warcraft 3 and the Night Elves coming back in Kalimdor with Hyjal as capital. No need more. :dracthyr_yay_animated:

Even in a thread specifically about a Darkspear troll, someone has to blunder in to try and make Night Elves the center of discussion.

IIRC he is the new Loa of kings.

Can we just make him the Loa of Being Alive and Totally Not Dying to a Trash Mob?

Oh no, a Shadowlands Retcon Storm Muffin Basket Math Walrus timeywimeyed a First One console infused with Eonar and Elune’s Armpit Sweat Tear that made Kael’thas and Vol’jin alive and somehow they’re back, shoot. Darn.

What? There’s literally a Night Elf village under and around it. It was made using Night Elf souls and planted by their leader. The name was theirs. Obviously it is a night elf tree.

Don’t argue. Night elves will see itself as victims even in the next 5 years til the end of Last Titan.

You’re a professional victim so I don’t know what you’re trying to prove.

A victim for the whole Horde ever since MOP ended. Stuff didn’t improve so we are running in circles.

The world tree made by the two prime goddesses of night elves, out of night elf souls and the tears of one of the two prime night elf goddesses, isn’t intended for night elves?

Denial. Egypt.
