You’re kidding? Provide it yourself.
LOL you’re a funny guy… CaRe To ProViDE it fOr mE? go to a capital city… look at your friends list.
Or you’re someone who gets their self worth from a video game. Either way mythic raiders do no support the content they run. It is killing this game and everyone with more than two braincells know it.
CASUALS provide most of the revenue the game generates and the content should be designed as such.
Cut mythic raiding
Cut a raid tier
Add more dungeons
Add more end game zones
Add more battle grounds
If every single mythic raider left today and the casuals came back blizzard would make more money. Math is on my side.

I feel like, they shouldn’t cut for the high end. I’m sure they have the resources to develop for the high end AND the casuals who want to do fun activities that are not just competitive.
In a game as diversified as WoW, the “average” is meaningless. You could probably hit a few pluralities if you had all the data, but it’s unlikely that a majority of players make up any single demographic or difficulty.
If you’re talking about resources, yeah they do.
If you mean they don’t do stuff for the casuals, I mean that’s kind of the point and they’re shooting themselves in the foot. More activities, more BGs, more dungeons, a story presented in a good way etc. The list goes on and on. I have a tiny bit of hope for 10.0 but I don’t expect much so I won’t be disappointed. They’d have to be really stupid to continue down this road though.

Everyone thinks their habits are representative of the average player. If you look at the literally thousands of accounts that get paid monthly & barely get logged into, I think the average player is a lot less engaged than you think.
What percentage of the paying accounts out there have logged in within the last 30 days?
How many have at least one max level character?
How many have engaged in any particular type of endgame content in the past 30 days? 6 months? 1 year?
Blizzard knows, and they cater to what they know. What they don’t do is disclose it. If you’re paying, they’ve managed to appeal to you at the minimum acceptable standard, if not higher.
So if they do have the resources to do it but do not do it then the entire organization from business management to developers are completely incompetent.
By that argument 10.0 is going to be a disaster.
But they do have limited resources and they do not use them properly.
Seriously think about it.
Hours of grinding to hit level cap.
Don’t choose the wrong covenant. Hours or days wasted.
Don’t choose the wrong legendary. Gold and hours wasted.
Have 12 different mods installed. Bascues boss encounters have 16 phases and no one better DC. Because they design for mythic raiders.
Log in every day to not miss dailies or weekly’s.
And have all this work erased by a content drop.
Start over.
On top of all that lets have a game of thrones style story with noting resolved ever and it seems to be written by a 3rd grader.

Yeah definitely. Organization and the game loop has been a total mess. All the games in almost maintenance mode except WoW (would argue that what we got in shadowlands barely qualifies as not maintenance mode though), money goes in the pocket of the upper end and not into the games.
I don’t think they can afford 10.0 to be that much of a mess though, that’s the difference. WoW needs to print money in full force again and they need to go back on the crap decisions a bit, just like they do now with the patches. “See, we listened.” and then they bring make some QoL changes. I don’t expect a disaster, but I don’t expect a miracle either.

Im so confused, you’re a self-proclaimed casual yet you care about all of these, you even think leveling to cap as a “grind”. Maybe ask yourself if you actually want to play an MMO?

you ask for proof so gave it to you, Now your turn
The problem is you think Casuals don’t want to raid.
That makes you part of the problem.
Low quality proof, there’s even some graphs showing the % clear for raids have never been lower than now

Look at your friends list. Or dead realms.
Tell you what… Go to Stormwind.
Mythic raiders < Casuals
Can’t make it much easier than that.

Yea it’s because raiding is so unrewarding.
The game is not raid or die, it’s casual or die.
I do content for loot, if raid drop better gear, i would raid.
My bad
You think casuals don’t want to raid.
I wish the game was more than a collecting gear/stuff simulator tbh, I don’t even do content just for the loot, I do it for fun.

Im the opposite, if the loot isn’t there, i won’t do the content.
The fantasy of “raiding” for me is killing a dragon boss and sharing its loot, right now the raid in this game doesn’t have the loot.
