Tbf , ret isn’t doing nearly the burst that they were doing but they’re still in a solid b to B+ place . It is better than prerework but it’s the OP casters now putting the ret in that place.

I’m afraid to play my pally until this gets all sorted out. Will it get the nerf bat/burn it to the ground treatment, or will be fun and useful to play?
B+ is being kind. Its s+++ teir. They still have their defensives and damage still

And your a warrior so if your having issues with rets then broseph I don’t know what to tell you. I suspect you have over 2k experience so most classes don’t really give you much of an issue it’s probably just the player you playing against

Crusading strikes has been fixed tonight and it also works with aura of reckoning now. It is nice to have it functioning again but its not going to make us much better vs casters lol
Specs that hard counter ret are juiced right now and they are running all over. Once some of the outliers are brought down a bit ret will shine more.

ret isn’t bad, prob still op af, but similar to mutt rogue post-10.0.7, it’s now in a meta where it simply cant perform as well as it could

you shouldn’t be able to reroll it and win 70% of your games having no idea what you’re doing tho so
it’s functioning how most specs should function typically rn
the rework wasn’t “great” it was egregious
i don’t know who thought ret needed 20 yards on almost everything but they were completely out of their mind
the spec at it’s core is so unhealthy for the game now

No one in this entire thread has said anything about other classes. Yes, I believe Ret is balanced. I did not comment on its balance relative to the classes you’ve listed there.
I don’t want to brag but when the rework went live…. I played about 50+ bg per day for those 4 days of blood, carnage, atrocities, crimes, sin and just everything wrong with the world now days. There is a special place for what we did when we got our reworked. I never killed so many horde and how I did it too…. My legs were sores for weeks from just t bagging.
My god…. The tears, the look on their faces and their innocence as I took everything. I will always pray we get another rework…. There is a special place in hell for the things we did.
Yup, this is what I’ve been saying since the final round of nerfs…
Ret is now balanced, but people refused to listen and tried to call out for even more nerfs.
This is why I said wait till S2 starts and the ladder is no longer tainted by .7’s launch.
That being said, once rets start getting at least their 2 piece things will start feeling better again for ret.
I’m sure more rets will become hammer chucking machines of death when combining the 2 piece and the vengeful wrath talent

Probably has more to do with people got wins they shouldn’t have because of how impossibly overtuned Ret was, and are now figuring out you actually have to use some tact like every other DPS in the game.
Complaining that you aren’t as broken as specs that will definitely see some nerfs in the next week or two? It’d be rad if I could put renew on a DPS and AFK behind a pillar, but I don’t expect that to happen just because MW is so strong right now.
I’m still totally baffled by the amount of S1 Ret rerollers who thought Blizzard did a sound job with balancing the class on release, and that everyone was just complaining for no reason.
Some specs probably feel like they are underperforming relative to what they were doing at the end of season one because they lost good tier set bonuses. Key word: relative.

I actually didn’t push on my ret because they were broken and I don’t want fake rewards of unmerited conquest.
That’s what a number of us were saying , wait till next season when we lose our OP set bonus and crit really effects us and it’s going down by 25% but everyone screamed nerf ret nerf ret. Now everyone can focus on lock and boomy and we can go back to being b+ at best.
