I must have spent 200k this expansion on borrowed power. But I know Blizzard wouldn’t just make my gold be completely useless after only a year or two of playtime. I know Blizzard will refund me all that AH gold I spent.

All it costs you is time. You’re paying to play the game so do something that’s beneficial to you and will allow you to get the gear you need and makes some gold selling the extras. Don’t ask for refunds because you didn’t want to put in the effort to make the items.
Next you’ll want Blizzard to compensate you for all the time you paid for after reaching level 60 and gearing up. You’ve had to re-gear after every patch on every one of your characters. So they would owe you 18 months worth at $15 a month.

I’ve never been refunded gold for all the gear I needed to buy off the AH in the past that is no longer top end gear.
Not sure why they’d start refunding people now.

callings alone were 1800g per day per character, if you don’t gather to sell in the AH (like, don’t even play it, just list what you have on you at current market price and you’ll sell).
I’m not concerned about the gold.
