We dont know how he dies, so being that close to him might lead to your death as well.

I like to think of him like my father, kinda comes and goes into and out of my life as he wishes. - I kinda dislike him for that honestly.

Its a mage only weapon and it has a downside.
Even though its incredibly slow you have to travel via raven form to maintain appearances.

No worries, we will run into him the next time we are in Shadowlands.
It’ll probably be handed down to Garona’s son as he finally makes his debut, ruining the one time WoW did a perfectly valid story retcon by originally removing him.
$20 says hes fine and pulls a Nick Fury after he was “assassinated”.

We don’t actually know he is dead. What we know is that everyone thinks he’s dead. But mages are incredibly slippery and good with illusions. I could see him faking his death for one reason or the other.
edit- In movies if you don’t see the death. Aka they blow up or fall off a cliff there is almost always something else going on.

They haven’t released the scene yet. What we know is Dalaran blows up and everyone starts mourning Khadgar. That is why I say I don’t fully believe it yet.

from what I gathered he is just missing, I doubt they will kill him off. Probly gotta go on a long quest to find him, more than likely whoever did it, Nerubians I think, they probly have him.

I’m genuinely shocked that the general consensus is anything but “Khadghar either teleported or was kidnapped, and goes ‘Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated’ when he returns during a dramatic moment.”
Because like, that’s exactly Khadgar’s deal.

Well, let’s just hope none survives the initial blast! Then the Legion claims responsibility and we go after them again, that expansion was AWESOME!
