So they add dual spec but they wont do this?

No clue. I believe in my heart of hearts you’ll find one. If not you can make one.

I agree, the baseline profession UI could use a few improvements :expressionless:

Go back to retail.

cute :expressionless: but i was the biggest proponent of the AH getting UI improvements and we finally got it. being able to sort by buyout. amazing.

I was and you can’t prove I wasn’t.

I wholly agree that Blizz is not respecting player time. Not with seasonals, and most of all not with Anniversary servers.

Respecting player time would for me mean:

  • Give a slower release scedule - we’d like to enjoy the ride, not work as crazy frogs
  • Give more layers - like double up
  • give a RP layer to each server if RP servers are not a possibility.

But first and foremost:

  • Tell us where we’ll end up - no good working like crazy frogs and end up in Cata once again

As can be seen from this thread alone, adding all the “QoL” changes everybody wants will give us Retail or something very much like it.

So?

Naxx can be cleared in greens bro.

The timeline is fine and should be interesting. I’m not opposed to dropping an additional item in raids if they choose to do that I won’t complain.

In the real game back in 2004-2006 we didn’t go from tier to tier in full BiS with perfect gear. If you want an authentic experience going into Naxx with some BWL and even MC pieces is pretty authentic.

Having time to farm out your dream gear is probably not going to happen before TBC goes live. If that is your main reason for playing, that would suck, but you can do that on Era forever as far as I understand so there is that.

Didn’t they increase loot drops for SOM on the same timeline?

Yep. Now they just expect people to purchase gold

SoM had harder raids too… people actually needed that extra gear :expressionless:

We’re right back to

This isn’t Classic, it’s SoD

Oh man. This dude would have hated actual vanilla. :man_facepalming:t2:

Chrononboons were not in classic wow at all.
They were added to era servers 2years into the game.
It was a different economy and most people had the means to get them.
Now it’s a way for scrubs to make small profits by selling them on the AH.

Except if you run a LC guild, you and bois are set. HR everything and make the pugs work for you.

Cool man. Chronoboons are also not required to raid. Are you even buying flasks? You should be complaining about the cost of those, not chronoboons.

repeat after me: chronoboons. are. not. required. for. anything. :expressionless:

Just doing dungeons at 60 gives more than enough gold to pay for multiple chronoboons, and if you actually want to farm gold every class can make 40-50g an hour doing something, even warriors can be making bank selling sm lib boosts for 5g a run rn

You say they’re not respecting our time, but isn’t the point of playing any game at all to waste time for entertainment? Ultimately, if you’re not okay with playing classic the way it is (which is exactly what was promised), you should just be playing something else.

Go back at look at the original trailers and announcements for classic, because if you want it to be different from vanilla (at least beyond the changes they HAVE made), “Then this game isn’t for you.” The long journey and every inconvenience are part of the point. If you are playing classic, you are returning to a close approximation of the original game, and experiencing things as they were, again, IS THE ENTIRE POINT.

Either buck up or play another game, because I don’t think you’re likely to find much sympathy. Everyone should know what they’re getting into, because it is exactly what was advertised.
