Every dps does more than both fury and arms.
every class got huge buff and abilities. we got a instant heroic strike and bleed gives 3 rage.

If the cap is 25, then it has to be balanced around 25. Otherwise why play a class that isn’t balanced until phase 4, and level 60?

They’d have to give warriors absolutely insane runes that have to get nerfed later or change how their base abilities work to put them on par with others at 25, the class relies on abilities that aren’t available yet and crit/hit gear that isn’t readily available at this lvl.
It’ll feel better by a good deal at 36-40 when whirlwind is unlocked and some better gear becomes available for that level bracket, scarlet monastery items and whirlwind axe are a huge boost.
While that probably isn’t true I will pretend for the sake of this thread that it is. So what? The game is capped at 25. This isn’t even the game, this is the stretching and warm ups period.
Because everyone seems to assume warrior will be good at 60 when we dont even know half the runes for other class are gonna come out.
If we establish how bad Warriors runes are it wont get any better at 60.
Well be so far behind at that point.
