Pretty much title, if worgen humans or worgen night elves have children they come out as basic humans or night elves
With no more feral worgen to bite people and the imminent threat of the forsaken killing humans and raising them there will be no reason to continue the spread unless blizzard creates a lore reason why ( maybe gilneans adopting the curse into their culture and making young gilneans do a rite of passage to recieve it. )

We have no idea how long the timeskip would be, or if it would happen at all.
There’s no reason to assume Worgen would die out in that time if we don’t even know what time “that time” would even be.

They could just bite their own kids to turn them into Worgen.

I’m pretty sure the curse is hereditary as it’s in the blood, so if they have children yes they’re humans when they’re born but they have the curse already in their veins and will eventually become worgen.

Nope. It doesn’t pass along, Worgen who have babies are just human. They have to intentionally bite their children to pass the curse and even then they can’t do it until their older like in the teens, then administer the cure or they become wild.

Isn’t Genn greying more with each expacs which would lead you to believe he is aging = some kind of lifespan
To be fair, they prefaced it by saying “in theory”. I’m assuming to give themselves leeway if they ever change their minds
Interestingly enough there’s also [unused card art] depicting worgen children. But who knows if they were intended to be born that way or were cursed at a very young age

Originally people willingly became worgen to avoid being raised by Sylvanas. Not unthinkable some people would curse their children to avoid them becoming Forsaken

Good? It’s a curse. You can get superpowers in many different ways. Like becoming a real druid or something
It really depends on the time skip. If it’s just like ten years then everyone we know will still be there. It’d have to go up a century or so to really eliminate the worgen bloodline, assuming it stops spreading entirely soon.
But it’s in their DNA right? So wouldn’t it just pass on to their offspring?

It doesn’t.
It’s a magical curse.
Like lightforged draenei children come out as normal draenei children
Yeah but didn’t us players get bitten by one which resulted in us turning? They could do that to their children.

Why would you unnecessarily curse your children
To keep the worgen line going. Didn’t it help them from Sylvanas? Think of it as good use? Or maybe they turned worgen and it was on accident.

they’re children, it’s not like the worgen curse is gonna change them that much
