I wouldn’t. Why would I abandon my guild, my friends, and the ease of pugging/recruiting just to be an elf with blue eyes?
Pay no attention to him. He knows even less lore than most of us do. The only thing he does is keeps repeating the same history event over and over and claims that it’s the answer to everything.

There are a few key changes that blizzard could make to high elves to make them different from blood elves. Adjust the body is the main one, with hair and facial features being the following. High elves are considerably different than blood elves in their beliefs and have adopted a way of life that would cause physical change, like the way they hold their posture, which would then encourage more change to their physiology.
Also, the whole debate that High Elves being made playable for the Alliance has become a more interesting “war” story than Battle for Azeroth. Seeing High Elf players fighting against the Blood Elf players, that will show a genuine conflict between the players and the lore factions.

If you think that the Sin’dorei (aka Blood Elves) & the Quel’dorei (aka High Elves) are the same people. You obviously have little to no understanding of the Lore or the story of this game. But thank you for the comment.

Yeah, I’m just not part of your refusal to entertain any lore that doesn’t agree with you. But I’ve answered the question and since Blizzard is never going to introduce High Elves, who cares?

High Elves share none of the themes of Blood Elves or Void Elves except for pointy ears and formerly being from Quel’thalas.

Febrith, I think you should know that you are an anomaly, as I’ve never seen a Void Elf say that they wouldn’t play a High Elf.

Also, want to say that there has been more emotion and drive between blood elf and high elf players. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see them always in conflict, fighting and arguing with each other in-game. It would be quite intense to see them going at it, rather than the classic human vs. orc.

I wouldn’t change my Blood Elves but my Night Elf would change in a heartbeat.
If they could be DKs…yes in a heart beat. Just because plate “looks right” on that model.
