I have played with and against Bob and he is in no way mediocre, him and Franq are one of the better healers I have played with or against.

You have proven the exact point you fight against. Premades are working together and using Leadership to guide the overall objectives to win. In PUGS there are solo artists that do whatever they want…they don’t want to follow a plan they want to rush the boss so they complain about any form of leadership. This is mostly why people join communities and premades to get away from those who have no plan…just want to rush and lose most of the time. Thank you for proving why PUGS are at a disadvantage, People always thought it was discord use or something else but you show the real reason why pugs are at the disadvantage.
- People argue it’s discord they are using voice to achieve the advatnge! (not true most of the time anything match oriented is put into the /RW for all to see immediately, but most discord talk is about other things like dogs cats and how to do achievements just normal everyday banter)
- People say premades stack classes (never seen this except in a war game or trying to get an achievement like av blitz. Everyone just plays whatever they want to play there is never any setting up groups in specific classes that I have ever seen myself)
- Premades are all geared players ! (not true, yes there are geared players in there as thats what they do PvP all the time but you get that with PUGS. Mostly is just casual players playing what they have and switching to alts and such)
Premades are just like pugs in every way except yes we are objective oriented and work together. We all understand what the goal is and try to work together to achieve that goal versus running all over the place achieving nothing. Also the biggest thing I like about communities is not having to hear trolls talking about all sorts of vulgar things to seek attention.

So we agree. Pugs are at a disadvantage against premade raids for various reasons. It’s an unfair matchup.
Premades do use voice chat for superior coordination. Do you want to argue they never ever use voice chat for coordination?
It might not be explicit, but premaders will consider their team’s composition. If they see their raid is lacking healers, they might roll with their healing toon. Do you want to argue that nobody ever checks how many healers they have?
Even you admit there are times when a premade will stack certain specs.
Nobody knows the answer to this. However, if I had to bet which team has the higher average ilevel, I’d go with the premade raid over the pugs.
There’s no reason a premade raid would be less geared than random pugs, unless they’re trying to do something different to amuse themselves to break the boredom of rolling over pugs.

Any group pug or premade that is working together is going to have an advantage over the one with people not doing what they should be doing to further objectives and win.

That’s why Blizzard doesn’t want premade raids in random bgs. They have a huge advantage for various reasons. Their games vs. pugs are one-sided.
Random bgs aren’t meant for coordinated premade raids. Players are supposed to be able to hop into random bgs for casual fun.
There are other PvP activities for those who want coordinated PvP.
Premade raids vs. pugs results in players leaving bgs and not PvPing. It’s bad for the casual PvP community.
Anything said in discord is general placed in rw right away but mainly it’s not used much as everyone knows what they should be doing. Many times there are a lot of members playing not on discord anyways.
Never happens not with Horde anyways i don’t play enough Alliance to say but from what I have seen they don’t care either.
if they are doing wargames and rbgs yes 100% as far as av blitz or such things they just try to make sure they have enough people get in to do the objectives
of course because some will because they mainly just do PvP hence a PvP community there are other activities in the communities like rbgs and arena and things of that nature as well as grouping for wpvp from time to time. It’s not a PvE community after all. So it would obviously make sense people would be getting PvP gear here and there. But I see similar in PUGS gear wise so It really depends on the players and what they do alot

Well then write blizzard a letter because they happen. In a perfect world we wouldn’t need them but you can only deal with so much chaos in ebgs or bgs before you say yeah this is not working as intended. When i came back after 8years as i moved to a big house out in the deep woods that didn’t have internet. I came in and all i did was solo Q and after a couple weeks I was ready to quit wow altogether as omg the trolls and the lack of any coordination. I mean i was just stressed every game the depravity of trolls and the really lack of objective based gameplay i may as well just ran around with the rest of them defending the roads. Arguments over what strat was right…You can only win with DOCKS…YOU CAN ONLY WIN WITH HANGER!!! omg then the split and arguing the entire game…see I told you…and names being thrown around just hatred in general. I joined a community and OMG almost all the stupid things disappeared. the only stupid things were coming from pugs as they still wanted to rage about something or talk vulgar. How about that part i do not see you raging about that only talking against people actually working together. Tell me that doesn’t happen …
