This needs to be nerfed. I hope at least it stops at Revered. Another solution would be to let us turn in honor for lumber. Or something. Give players an incentive to go to AB. What does STV have to do with AB? NOTHING. At least with ASH event, the WSG headquarters were in the zone. The lumber trade in is just a way to fix the most horrible PVP event in WOW history.

Because most are not there for fun. They only want the rep for honor. What are we going to do with excess honor now that we are rank 5? It’s not enough rep for the effort put into AB. I really dislike STV but to get rep guess I will have to go.
This is NOT MY way of playing. This whole SOD is too deviant from WOW vanilla. But, yeah I can cancel my subs. Easy solution to that.

I assume it does stop there. Otherwise it would be an extremely major ball drop. Worth quitting the season over.
It makes grinding the best BG ever, completely useless. The meta just becomes about stacking the most overpowered classes, in the most class imbalanced version of the game, and getting exalted in two or three days.
If I hear it’s not capped at revered, I’m immediately quitting the game.
Man if only they had made it clear SoD was going to be a very different vanilla experience!
All these posts complaining about how it isnt a new 2019 era classic server when blizz made it very clear that wasnt what sod was going to be.

100 bloods equal 100 copper coins. 100 copper coins equal one silver coin. You can turn in one silver coin and get a piece of lumber at the arena vendor. You can turn in this piece of lumber outside the arathi basin portal to the vendor for 200 AB rep. This is infinitely repeatable.
And it better be capped at revered.
Because if it’s not, that means the overpowered classes who stack together in STV can get 3000 AB rep per event. Which trivializes AB completely and makes the game not worth playing
You can only do blood moon every 3 hours? Take a break from AB and do something else for 30mins.
Get a job maybe than you won’t be so invested into a video game? I envy the decision for those that play alts. Exalted on multiple characters won’t be easy without no life gaming. Which is simply unhealthy and shouldn’t be the norm.
When people talk about how they hate retail. Well this right here is how we got there. Constant wants and nothings ever good enough for players.

Being able to go from revered to exalted in one day, with just four hours of play, is awful game design.

I don’t know why you’re wishing me good luck. I’m simply illustrating math to you. Overpowered class stacked five mans in STV can easily get 1500 copper. 15 lumber is 3000 rep. To go from revered to exalted takes 24,000 rep. That’s only 8 sessions of STV.
It’s beyond cheesy and they better not have left it this way.
I was gritting my teeth in compromising on the issue to allow it to go up to revered. That still will save people a lot of time from the AB grind, and be in line with SoD philosophy. But trivializing revered to exalted is a game breaker.

So an average group of randoms is going to get like 600 rep from STV if they do that? Not a big deal. Let people do BG’s for fun rather than these annoying grinds.

But simply welfare gearing everybody exalted in four sessions of STV is it stupid. I bet you would change your tune if everybody got fully decked out raid gear in one day. Then when you took umbridge with this you were told to just raid for fun. Lol
