Being able to turn in lumber to get to revered cuts off a big chunk of time from that grind. If itâs not capped at revered, then continuing to allow lumber makes going from revered to exalted take literally just one day. Just four sessions of STV. The stacked overpowered classes can just do it in one day. This trivializes AB and is a big problem. It has nothing to do with some one percent thing.
The people in favor of this are just the crowd of game killing raid loggers. And they already subscribe because of retail. Would be a really stupid business decision to just overlap that demographic when they could be expanding to bring other players back into the game.
People that donât understand how seasonal things work blows my mind. All of this progress I guarantee gets dumped to 1 or 2 servers as they wipe and start it over for season 2. TLDR ALL THAT HARD GRIND will be nothing for most once itâs over since most will quit or just start over with a very small group stick it out till it dies off all together.

You are not hitting exalted in 4 STV events lmao. Average groups are going to get like 2400 in that number of STV games. This is a seasonal server, and the gear from rep from BGâs only fill a couple of slots at 60, no one will have full epics at 60.
Itâs not an issue, if you like AB play the BG and quit complaining. Let others have fun without wasting their time on something they donât care about for a minor upgrade that will be replaced quickly with the new stuff.

1500 is very easy to do with stacking OP classes in a very imbalanced and bursty version of the game. And that brings you from reverered to exalted in one day â mathematically. Just 4 hours of play. Even if you do half of that, it would take two days. Or, 8 hours of play.
It trivializes AB completely to extend lumber turn ins past revered. Literally game-killing.
1500 is not easy to do, some me some videos of that. Not to mention, not everyone is an OP class that can be stacked.
If the only reason to run AB is for some dumb rep and a silly piece of gear then it isnt content worth doing anyways. Lumber doesnât trivalize a BG stop whining youre a grown man act like it wah wah

Itâs ridiculous and cheesy. It trivializes AB. Letting people turn in lumber for quick rep to get to revered is a good compromise for SoD. But cap it at that or the game is essentially ruined.
The game will hardly be ruined. If you are so upset about the changes just dont play dude. All of this crying really makes 0 sense. No one cares to grind AB rep in a seasonal server.

Thatâs hilarious. Letâs do a mental experiment where we turn the tables and you get fully raid geared in one or two days. And then when you take umbridge with this, youâre told to just raid for fun.
These retail PVE raid centrists are so used to being coddled they donât understand how ridiculous they sound.

From what I noticed an average group is getting around 300 blood so 600 rep.
The good well made teams get like 2x that and only the small number of top tier teams that dominate can really get more if they donât get zerged. For the average group of randoms that are not stacking BiS classes thatâs like 35 STV events to get exalted from revered. An average person with a job will make what, 1-2 events a day? Maybe 3?
I grinded out WSG rep, like 10k in a day just playing games. The issue with AB is that while itâs fun the rep reward is pretty horrible. They need to bump up the rep you get for playing the bg.
not that any of it matters. Just do what you want to do to have fun. People will still queue BGâs anyway for alts or for fun even if they hit exalted. This is a seasonal server made to test ideas out, donât take it so seriously.
I donât even care for raiding, I only do it for gear to PvP. I would love it if they just game me epics to go PvP with so I can have fun with what I love in the game over annoying grinds to get to that point.

Then make that the blood cap for event if youâre going to allow lumber to function past revered. Even that is a bit over the top. The problem is you can stack overpowered classes, in an overpowered and bursty version of the game, and get exalted in one day.

Well again, if you were able to fully gear up all your best in slot in one day raiding, it would be a design problem. Then, if you pointed this out on the forums, and were met with âlook, just have fun raiding if you like raidingâ, it would be silly, right?.
A lot of players, probably the majority, find efficient play to be fun in games like this. Which is why the meta matters. If itâs too cheesy and you can gear up and finish everything within a few days, itâs badly designed.
Dude, as a ret I get a plate belt for HONORED with the same stats as on mine, which i got from RFD rare on my first run.
And boots for revered arenât far better than the ones from raid.

You have this phase + next one till you finally can use these epic rewards from exalted which will be outclassed by something they invent on 60 anyway.

Well unlike Ashenvale for the STV event you actually have to, you know, PvP to get currency. Most groups average 300-500 blood coins an event or 600-1000 rep every 3 hours. Which in that same 3 hour time you get more honor and rep by just doing AB.

1500 bloods easily achieved from stacking overpowered classes in the most imbalanced version of the game that has ever existed.
1500 copper coins. 15 silver coins. 1 silver coin = 200 rep. 3000 rep per 30 mins.
240000 rep for revered to exalted.
24000/3000 is 8.
8 sessions of STV is 4 hours.
its not 30 mins per stv, unless you can get online and make a group and get to gromgol in 0.00 seconds every single time and then get out of stv in 0.00 seconds every time, at some point you are also going to have to alchemy all of these coins and go to arathi too. Reminder your group can only have âoverpoweredâ classes
1500 coins is absolutely not easy either, your assertion that it is, is made up
