So much for the prepatch event

I was kinda expecting them to nerf the zombies. Just not to the point they literally don’t matter and can’t even attack players. Oh well I guess. Another forgettable event.

I thought well maybe they’ll give us cool mogs and maybe a tabard or SOMETHING cool. Nope we get terrible warfront looking gear.

Might as well not even have an event if it’s going to be garbage all around.

What about with warmode on?

A week or so without it wouldn’t have killed you.

Can’t overstate the disappointment enough.

But how else were people just going to sit afk and do nothing :man_shrugging:

Please state your disappointment on one of the many other threads about this topic. Good discussion is going on in the other threads and splitting the conversation into two threads is not helpful. Thank you, I won’t bump this thread anymore.

I just love when people say. If Ur nOt haVng fuN thEN Quit…Mean while when something they don’t enjoy was going to inconvenience people busy schedules of sitting afk they cried to the high heavens till it got nerffed.

As lame as the prepatch event is looking, might as well just not have it at all.

It was the complainers that got the event nerfed to nothing. People just wanted to have fun for a week but that was clearly too much to ask for.

Lets see Ghouls just stand there until they die. Armor is copy paste Arathi warfront and the after squish equivalent of 445 Ilvl. So farm for the little geist pet I guess?

Idk why they didn’t just make it warmode

Maybe…I thought maybe I could save it and sell it but the pre-Legion pet doesn’t sell for anything so eh.

whatever, could see it coming from a mile. Blizzard would avoid so much pointless drama if they’d just stop releasing stuff for public early

This is prob why blizzard avoid fun and engaging content.

That’s the beanie baby effect. Things are collectables, because when they were easily obtainable, no one knew they would eventually be scarce.

Having something obviously “time limited” actually makes people more likely to hoard them, which makes supply outrageously high. I’ve still got like twenty of those dumb pets on one of my alts. They’ll never be worth anything, even a decade from now.

No joke I seriously think this is why blizzard refuses to make engaging content. They think if people have to actually interact with the world around them they might just melt down.
